Effective 26 March 2026, clients previously serviced under Ausure Insurance & Finance (Mt Isa) will transition to North Queensland Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd, with financial services provided under NQIB’s Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL 245647).
As part of the acquisition, clients will experience no change to their insurance cover, premiums, service arrangements or day‑to‑day support. Clients will continue to be supported by their existing account managers and service teams, ensuring continuity of relationships and service delivery — now strengthened by the backing of North Queensland Insurance Brokers (NQIB) and the wider Aviso Group. No action is required as a result of this change.
Founded in 1986, North Queensland Insurance Brokers has been protecting individuals and businesses across the region for nearly four decades, with offices in Townsville, Ayr, Ingham, Tully and beyond.
